The manager was kind and supportive. We received a light breakfast daily, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfy, and the place was spotless. The location near Fisherman's Wharf was perfect, close to many eateries and within walking distance to Pier 39 and the Alcatraz ferry. Our room offered pleasant city views.
